The staff was very very helpful and affable at all levels. The hotel's position was magnificent and absolutely perfect, very close to everything in Esperanza. Moreover, it was so close to restaurants and other attractions and things to do, and several beautiful beaches, snorkeling, restaurants, and more...

the location to the bioluminescent bay was great. we went out for dinner, found pho ying, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel was fully equipped and luxury, loved sea view from our apartment. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, close enough to '' downtown '' and the restaurants of Esperanza, in a lively area. Ate at Bili, it's not too far from the venue.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Waves Indoor Waterpark. the room was a great size with a lovely view and had all the essentials needed. the microwave and refrigerator were very handy.

Absolutely loved the cozy vibes and beautiful beaches nearby! The gear rentals made beach time a breeze. Plus, the hammocks outside are perfect for a tropical snooze!
Low water pressure had me feeling like a wet cat trying to take a shower.

The location was incredible, just a short 10-minute walk to the downtown area. I discovered the delightful Lakeport Fish & Chips nearby, only about a 10-15 minute stroll from the hotel.
